Customers are our priority at Casebase. If you face any issue, we are here to help.

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and unbroken condition.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective/damaged products.

  • If the product received is defective, return shipping is free of cost.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Used, scratched, or physically damaged products

  • Packaging missing

  • Wrong model ordered by customer

Refund Process

  • Refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.

For COD Orders

COD shipping amount is non-refundable.

Exchange

Exchange is possible only for the same value product, subject to availability.
